Anna Camp and Nasim Pedrad to star in Netflix’s Desperados

Anna Camp and Nasim Pedrad will star in Netflix’s new comedy Desperados.

The feature film will see the Pitch Perfect Aladdin stars team up to head to Mexico. They’ll be joined by Jason Mitchell (Mudbound, The Chi) and Robbie Amell (When We First Met, The Babysitter) in a story that follows a panicked young woman, who, with her reluctant friends in tow, rushes to the country to delete a ranting email she sent to her new boyfriend.

Written by Ellen Rapoport, the movie is directed by LP (Funny or Die, Mr. Mom) and produced by Mason Novick (MXN Entertainment), John Finemore (Lost City) and Good Universe. James Hope and Elizabeth Grave (Lost City) are exec-producers, with Brooke Davies (Lost City) on board as co-producer
