First look: New images land for Stranger Things Season 4
Stranger Things will return to Netflix this May, and new images give us a first look at Season 4.
The new chapter of Netflix’s retro horror sci-fi hit will see its core cast reprise their roles – including Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Noah Schnapp as Will, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin and Caleb McLaughin as Lucas, Cara Buono as Karen, Maya Hawke as Robin, Winona Ryder as Joyce, Sadie Sink as Max, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan and Natalia Dyer as Nancy. It will also see David Harbour appear as Sheriff Hopper, with Hopper’s back-story expected to be explored.
Season 4 will pick up six months after the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, the group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.
The fourth chapter will be the penultimate outing for the show, which will officially conclude with Season 5. Part 1 of Season 4 will premiere on 27th May, with Part 2 arriving on 1st July.
