Lucifer Season 6 set for September release
Lucifer will be bidding farewell this September, Netflix has announced.
The series, which is based on comic book characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg, follows the original fallen angel (Ellis) after he’s given up his throne in the underworld for the underbelly of Los Angeles, where he helps the cops to punish criminals. He is joined by Lesley-Ann Brandt as devoted, demonic ally Maze, Lauren German as LAPD detective Chloe, Rachael Harris as Lucifer’s therapist, and DB Woodside as Lucifer’s brother.
Netflix resurrected the show for a fourth season, after its unexpected cancellation, and has since brought it back again for a two-part fifth season – with Part 2 arriving in May, Now, just a few months later, the sixth and final season is officially nigh, with Season 6 set to premiere on 10th September.
