Staff Writer

Reading time: 9 mins

While the UK navigates its way out of lockdown, Netflix is still giving you no reason to rush away from your living room. September sees the streaming giant seriously step up its movie game, with the debut of Charlie Kaufman’s new movie, The Devil All the Time starring Robert Pattinson and Tom Holland, and the Sherlock spin-off Enola Holmes, starring Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill and Sam Claflin. They join modern gems The Handmaiden and First Man.

The line-up of original series is just as promising, from Ryan Murphy’s Nurse Ratched prequel and Katherine Ryan’s frank take on motherhood to a Young Wallander prequel, space drama Away, a BBQ-themed edition of Chef’s Table and Season 2 of gripping procedural Criminal.
